		<description>Yes, the media loves sensationalism when it serves their purpose.  But where are the stories about children dying from dirty water? I guess that isn&#039;t too exciting.

As to the judgment idea, there is always a back-story, or &quot;the rest of the story&quot; as Paul Harvey used to say. It&#039;s really hard to remember that when you get impatient, but it might be a good habit to develop. Just try to give the other guy a break - they are usually doing the best they can.</description>
